I know it seems odd to have the first post in a blog entitled "Patty's Jog Blog" not involve any jogging but that is exactly how I'm choosing to start my blog.
No jogging.
But I did do Spinning!
And I stuck to a my "diet" for the most part. I'm not really following any specific "diet" per say but just trying to make good choices when it comes to what I eat. Here's my log for the day:
So there is Day 1. I'm not ready to post my weight and measurements for the entire blogsphere to see but I've got them written down. Perhaps when I have reached my first goal I'll bring them out to show my progress. But until then you'll just have to make due with the knowledge that I I had black beans for lunch (as part of a Chipotle burrito bowl). Try not to let that fact keep you up at night.
